延续护理对泌尿系统结石患者的影响研究

摘要	分析泌尿系统结石患者护理期间采取延续护理的效果。方法抽取 76 例于 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间收治的泌尿系统结石患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行延续护理，各组 38 例。以护理有效率、预后效果、生活质量及满意度评价两组效果。结果实验组护理有效率相比较参考组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组预后效果相比较参考组较优（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量相比较参考组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度相比较参考组较高（P＜0.05）。结论泌尿系统结石患者护理期间采取延续护理效果显著，可促进患者的治疗效果，改善其预后，促进生活质量提升，提高患者的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effectiveness of continuous care during the nursing period for patients with urinary system stones. Method 76 patients with urinary system stones admitted between January 2021 and January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received continuous care, with 38 patients in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups based on nursing effectiveness, prognosis, quality of life, and satisfaction. Result The nursing effectiveness rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The prognosis of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous care during the nursing period for patients with urinary system stones has a significant effect, which can promote the treatment effect, improve their prognosis, enhance their quality of life, and increase patient satisfaction.
