定期口腔健康宣教在糖尿病患者牙种植术后护理中的应用

摘要	分析糖尿病患者牙种植术后护理中实施定期口腔健康宣教的效果。方法选取 2020 年 8 月至 2021 年 9 月进行牙种植术的糖尿病患者 100 例，随机分为观察组（定期口腔健康宣教）和对照组（常规护理）各 50 例，对比效果。结果观察组血糖水平、并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；随着时间推移，口腔种植体存留数会发生降低，但是观察组的存留率降低相对来讲比较缓慢。CPI 检出率随着时间的增加对照组出现明显变化（P<0.05），但是观察组无显著变化（P>0.05）。结论为糖尿病患者实施牙种植术治疗后对其采取定期口腔健康宣教可以将其护理认知度有效提升，提升种植义牙以及自然余留牙的稳定性。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of regular oral health education on diabetes patients after dental implantation. Methods 100 patients with diabetes who underwent dental implantation from August 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group (regular oral health education) and the control group (routine care), with 50 cases in each group. The effects were compared. Result The blood glucose level and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); Over time, the retention rate of oral implants will decrease, but the observation groups retention rate will decrease relatively slowly. The CPI detection rate showed significant changes over time in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant change in the observation group (P>0.05). Conclusion Regular oral health education for diabetes patients after dental implant treatment can effectively improve their awareness of nursing, improve the stability of implant dentures and natural residual teeth.
