急诊护理路径对急性脑卒中患者抢救效果的影响观察

摘要	分析急诊护理路径对急性脑卒中患者抢救效果的影响。方法采用 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月期间本院收治的 66 例急性脑卒中患者，对照组 33 例患者进行常规护理，观察组 33 例患者则进行急诊护理路径干预。比较两组抢救效果。结果与对照组相较，观察组实施抢救后其并发症总发生率更低（p＜0.05）；而观察组生存质量评分明显更优，比较差异较大（p＜0.05）。结论急诊回来路径应用于急性脑卒中患者中具有较佳的抢救效果，可降低并发症，提高生存质量，进一步保障患者的生命安全，更利于疾病的治疗，在急性脑卒中患者的抢救中具有重要意义。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the impact of emergency nursing pathway on the rescue effect of acute stroke patients. Method 66 acute stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were used. A control group of 33 patients received routine care, while an observation group of 33 patients received emergency nursing pathway intervention. Compare the rescue effects between the two groups. Result Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower overall incidence of complications after rescue (p<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better, with a significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion The application of emergency return pathway in acute stroke patients has a better rescue effect, can reduce complications, improve quality of life, further ensure patient safety, and is more conducive to disease treatment. It is of great significance in the rescue of acute stroke patients.
