摘要	研究急诊护理干预对慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭的护理效果及满意度分析。方法选择我院 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月诊治的慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭患者 44 例，根据电脑表格系统随机分配其中 22 例，进行传统的护理措施干预，即传统护理组。而其余的 22 例患者采用急诊护理干预措施，即急诊护理组。并对两组慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭患者急救效果以及满意度进行对比分析。结果经数据登记记录分析显示，急诊护理组患者的急救效果明显高于传统护理组患者；且急诊护理组患者急救满意度明显好于传统护理组患者；两组基础数据，均具有明显差异（P＜0.05），有意义。结论通过急诊护理干预对慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭患者的护理，发现其护理效果及满意度分析得到显著提升，在临床实践中取得不错反应。
Abstract	Objective To study the nursing effect and satisfaction analysis of emergency nursing intervention on chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure. Method 44 patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected, and 22 of them were randomly assigned according to a computer spreadsheet system for traditional nursing interventions, namely the traditional nursing group. The remaining 22 patients were treated with emergency nursing intervention measures, namely the emergency nursing group. And compare and analyze the emergency response and satisfaction of two groups of chronic cor pulmonale patients with heart failure. Result After data registration and record analysis, it was found that the emergency care group had significantly higher first aid effectiveness than the traditional care group; Moreover, patients in the emergency nursing group showed significantly better satisfaction with first aid compared to patients in the traditional nursing group; Both sets of basic data showed significant differences (P<0.05), indicating significance. Conclusion Through emergency nursing intervention for patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure, it was found that the nursing effectiveness and satisfaction analysis were significantly improved, and good reactions were achieved in clinical practice.
