摘要
本研究旨在观察微课在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选择 2021 年 4 月到 2023 年 4 月期间实习的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理学生 90 例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对 照组(n=45 例,采用传统面授教学)与实验组(n=45 例,采用微课教学)。对比两组理论知识掌握、实际操作 技巧、临床应用能力以及教学满意度。结果 实验组理论知识掌握、实际操作技巧、临床应用能力以及教学满意 度均显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微课在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理教学中具有显著的应 用效果。通过结合现代信息技术和护理教学,微课能够提供丰富的学习资源和学习方式,增强学生的学习兴趣和 积极性,提高教学效果。
Abstract
Objective This study aims to observe the application effect of micro courses in clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Method 90 clinical nursing students in the field of otolaryngology head and neck surgery who interned from April 2021 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=45 cases, using traditional face-to-face teaching) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, using micro course teaching) according to the random number table method. Compare the mastery of theoretical knowledge, practical operation skills, clinical application abilities, and teaching satisfaction between two groups.Result The experimental groups mastery of theoretical knowledge, practical operational skills, clinical application ability, and teaching satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Micro courses have significant application effects in clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. By combining modern information technology with nursing teaching, micro courses can provide rich learning resources and methods, enhance students interest and enthusiasm in learning, and improve teaching effectiveness.
