摘要
医疗技术的发展与人们对卫生保健的要求越来越高,给临床护理带来了更多的机会与挑战,护士除 了要加强自身的基本知识与技能外,还要不断地学习最新的护理理论,以适应时代的发展与病人的需要。在临床 护理教学中,PBL 教学方法是一种以问题为依据,以护生为核心,以带教教师为导向,以小组讨论和自我学习为 主要内容的训练方式。它是一种利用小组讨论的方式,让学生围绕问题,独立收集资料,发现问题,解决问题, 从而提高学生自主学习能力和创新能力的一种教学模式,其目的就是要充分发挥问题对学习过程的指导作用。为 提升护士在职训练的教学质量,要充分发挥微信这一强大的自媒体特性,把微信平台的交互与 PBL 教学方法相 结合,应用到临床护理训练中,获得了良好的结果。
Abstract
The development of medical technology and peoples higher and higher requirements for health care have brought more opportunities and challenges to clinical nursing. In addition to strengthening their basic knowledge and skills, nurses should continue to learn the latest nursing theories to adapt to the development of the times and the needs of patients. In clinical nursing teaching, PBL teaching method is a training method based on problems, centered on nursing students, guided by teachers, and focused on group discussion and self-learning. It is a kind of teaching mode that makes use of group discussion to let students independently collect data, find problems and solve problems around problems, so as to improve students autonomous learning ability and innovation ability. Its purpose is to give full play to the guiding role of problems in the learning process. In order to improve the teaching quality of nurses on-the-job training, we should give full play to the powerful WeChat feature of WeChat, combine the interaction of WeChat platform with PBL teaching method, and apply it to clinical nursing training with good results.
