糖尿病肾病患者血液透析过程中的血压变化及相关护理体会

摘要	分析糖尿病肾病血液透析期间血压变化和护理措施。方法 2021 年 11 月-2023 年 9 月本科接诊糖尿病肾病血液透析病人（n=25）为试验组，本科同期接诊慢性肾炎尿毒症病人（n=25）为对照组。对比 2 组血压等指标。结果关于血压：透析前与透析 1h 后、2h 后和 3h 后，试验组数据比对照组高（P＜0.05）。低血压：试验组发生率达到了 28.0%，而对照组数据则仅有 16.0%，相比较下，试验组的发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论对糖尿病肾病病人而言，其在血液透析期间，血压会大幅度降低，通过对糖尿病肾病病人施以个体化的护理，可有效控制其血压，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the changes of blood pressure and nursing measures during hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From November 2021 to September 2023, patients receiving hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy (n=25) were the experimental group, and patients receiving chronic nephritis uremia (n=25) were the control group. Blood pressure and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure of the test group was higher than that of the control group before dialysis and 1h, 2h and 3h after dialysis (P<0.05). Hypotension: The incidence rate of the experimental group reached 28.0%, while that of the control group was only 16.0%, and the incidence rate of the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion For diabetic nephropathy patients, their blood pressure can be greatly reduced during hemodialysis. Through individualized nursing for diabetic nephropathy patients, blood pressure can be effectively controlled, which is worth popularizing.
