Objective The purpose of the research experiment was to analyze the comprehensive effect of end-of-life comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of advanced liver cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced liver cancer who received treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected to participate in the experiment, and the patients were divided into study group (hospice comprehensive nursing intervention) and control group (routine nursing), and the difference of clinical application effect of the two nursing methods was statistically analyzed. Results (1) In terms of psychological status and pain scores, the scores of the study group were better, the difference was significant (p<0.05); (2) In terms of quality of life, the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher, and the difference was significant (p<0.05). Conclusion After liver cancer patients develop to the advanced stage, end-of-life comprehensive nursing intervention in the course of treatment can effectively improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients, effectively relieve the pain of patients, and significantly improve the quality of clinical care and treatment safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
