中西医结合护理在老年脑卒中的应用及对生活质量的影响分析

摘要	分析老年脑卒中患者采取中西医结合护理对其生活质量的影响。方法 64 例老年脑卒中患者取自 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行中西医结合护理，每组 37 例。以睡眠质量、生活质量、护理满意度评价两组护理效果。结果睡眠质量评分对比发现，护理前差异小（P＞0.05）。护理后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。生活质量对比显示，护理前差异小（P＞0.05）。护理后实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护理满意度对比发现，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合护理有助于改善患者的睡眠质量，且能够提升其生活质量，为此患者较为满意。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the impact of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on the quality of life of elderly stroke patients. Method 64 elderly stroke patients were selected from February 2021 to February 2022 and divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received combined Chinese and Western medicine nursing care, with 37 patients in each group. Evaluate the nursing outcomes of the two groups based on sleep quality, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Result The comparison of sleep quality scores showed a small difference before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group showed a significant decrease (P<0.05). The comparison of quality of life showed a small difference before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group showed a significant increase (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing satisfaction found that the experimental group showed a significant increase (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can help improve patients sleep quality and enhance their quality of life, which is satisfactory for patients.
