手术室护理干预对全麻苏醒期患者的观察

摘要	研究手术室护理干预对全麻苏醒期患者的观察。方法选取从 2022 年 8 月开始至 2023 年 8 月本院收治的全麻手术患者共计 80 例，将患者随机均分成 2 组。对照组病人行一般护理干预，观察组病人行全麻苏醒期手术室护理干预，并对两组患者术后躁动情况及心理状态进行对比。结果观察组病人术后烦躁情绪较对照组有不同程度的改善，两组病人的精神状况均有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论对病人实施手术护理，可以减少病人术后的不良行为，使病人的精神状况得到很好地改善，是一种值得在临床上推广的方法。
Abstract	Objective To study the observation of nursing intervention in operating room on patients with general anesthesia during recovery period. Methods A total of 80 patients with general anesthesia admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received general nursing intervention, the observation group received operating room nursing intervention during the recovery period of general anesthesia, and the postoperative agitation and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative irritability of patients in the observation group was improved to different degrees compared with the control group, and the mental status of patients in the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion The operation nursing can reduce the bad behavior of patients after operation and improve the mental state of patients. It is a method worth promoting in clinical practice.
