Objective To study the application of systematic nursing measures in the care of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method A total of 68 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who visited our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into a general group (34 cases) and a system group (34 cases) according to computer system mode. The general group of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients received regular nursing measures, while the system group of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients received systematic nursing measures. The rehabilitation index data of the two groups of patients after receiving nursing measures were analyzed Analyze and compare the nursing efficiency situation. Result After data collection, the rehabilitation indicators of the ordinary group patients were significantly better than those of the system group, and there was a significant difference in basic data analysis between the two groups, so there was a comparative significance (P<0.05). The nursing efficiency of patients in the system group was significantly better than that of the ordinary group, and there was a significant difference in data comparison between the two groups, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing measures should be found to have certain clinical value in the care of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
