摘要
探究分析 PBL 结合情景模拟教学法应用于普外科护理教学查房的效果。方法 选择 2021 年 4 月至 2022 年 2 月在淮安市第一人民医院实习的 84 名护生,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规教学,实 验组采用 PBL 结合情景模拟教学,对比采用两种不同教学方法对实习护生自主学习能力以及评判性思维能力的 影响。结果 实验组护生的自主学习能力以及评判性思维能力均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结 论 将 PBL 结合情景模拟教学融入于护理教学查房之中,可保障最终的教学效果。
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in general surgery nursing teaching round. Methods 84 nursing students who practiced in Huai an First Peoples Hospital from April 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted conventional teaching, the experimental group adopted PBL combined with situational simulation teaching, and compared the influence of two different teaching methods on the independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students. Results The independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Integrating PBL with scenario simulation teaching into nursing teaching rounds can ensure the final teaching effect.
