摘要	探究在对桥小脑角占位术后饮水呛咳患者护理过程中开展早期护理干预的作用。方法在 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 4 月本院桥小脑角占位术患者中选择 70 例为对象，按照 Excel 表随机排序分组的方式划分对照组（35 例，术后恢复过程中开展常规护理支持）和观察组（35 例，术后恢复期间开展早期护理支持）。针对两组患者恢复情况进行评估。结果对比患者在术后恢复期间生活质量、护理满意度、呛咳程度，观察组均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对桥小脑角占位术患者术后护理过程中开展早期护理干预，可以改善患者饮水呛咳症状，提升患者术后恢复期间生活质量，并增加患者对护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the role of early nursing intervention in the nursing process of patients with postoperative water and cough after cerebellopontine angle occupying surgery. Method From March 2022 to April 2023, 70 patients with cerebellopontine angle occupying tumors in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (35 cases, receiving routine nursing support during postoperative recovery) and an observation group (35 cases, receiving early nursing support during postoperative recovery) according to an Excel table. Evaluate the recovery status of two groups of patients. The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in terms of quality of life, nursing satisfaction, and degree of coughing during the postoperative recovery period, with P<0.05. Conclusion Early nursing intervention in the postoperative care process of patients with cerebellopontine angle occupying surgery can improve the symptoms of drinking water and coughing, improve the quality of life during postoperative recovery, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing.
