艾滋病合并颈淋巴结核病人的局部处理及护理

摘要	艾滋病合并颈淋巴结核病人的局部处理及护理。方法本次研究从本院 2021 年 7 月-2023 年 7 月收入的艾滋病合并肺结核病患者中随机抽取 64 例，按照随机数表法将其分为了对照组（局部处理+常规护理）和观察组（局部处理+综合护理）两组后，分析护理效果。结果经过护理后观察组的 SAS、SDS、PSQI 指标、 QO-LI-74 指标有显著提升，指标对比对照组，（p＜0.05），有统计学意义。对比综合护理满意率：观察组综合满意 31 例（96.88%），对照组综合满意 23 例（71.88%），（p＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论艾滋病合并肺结核疾病经过综合护理后患者的临床综合护理满意率高，患者护理后的 SAS、SDS、PSQI 指标、QO-LI-74 指标改善显著，建议推广。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the local treatment and nursing of AIDS patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis. Methods In this study, 64 cases of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly selected from our hospitals income from July 2021 to July 2023. They were divided into the control group (local treatment+conventional nursing) and the observation group (local treatment+comprehensive nursing) according to the random number table, and then the nursing effect was analyzed. Result After nursing care, the SAS, SDS, PSQI indicators, and QO-LI-74 indicators in the observation group were significantly improved. Compared with the control group, the indicators showed statistical significance (p<0.05). Comparative comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate: 31 cases (96.88%) in the observation group were comprehensively satisfied, while 23 cases (71.88%) in the control group were comprehensively satisfied, with statistical significance (p<0.05). Conclusion The clinical comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of patients with AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis disease after comprehensive nursing is high, and the SAS, SDS, PSQI indicators and QO-LI-74 indicators of patients after nursing have improved significantly, so it is recommended to promote them.
