Objective This study aims to explore the therapeutic effect of ear tip bleeding combined with ear acupoint embedding in hypertensive emergencies in patients with cerebral infarction. Method 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction and hypertension admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=50 cases, routine treatment) and an experimental group (n=50 cases, ear tip bleeding combined with ear point embedding bean treatment) according to the random number table method. Compare the blood pressure, neurological deficits, quality of life, and incidence of complications between the two groups. Result The incidence of blood pressure, neurological deficits, and complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of ear tip bleeding and ear point embedding has a good therapeutic effect on hypertensive emergencies in patients with cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve blood pressure control, neurological deficits, and quality of life, and has high safety.
