循证护理在肿瘤患者癌性疼痛护理中的应用研究

摘要	本研究旨在探讨循证护理在肿瘤患者癌性疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法选择 2022 年 4 月到 2023 年 4 月收治的癌性疼痛肿瘤患者 90 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45 例，实施常规护理）与实验组（n=45 例，实施循证护理）。对比两组疼痛程度、心理状态以及生活质量。结果实验组 VAS 评分、SAS 评分、SDS 评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；同时实验组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论循证护理在肿瘤患者癌性疼痛护理中具有广泛的应用前景。通过循证护理的方法和策略，可以实现更精确和个性化的护理管理，提高患者的生活质量和疼痛缓解效果。
Abstract	Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the care of cancer pain in cancer patients. Method A total of 90 cancer pain tumor patients admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=45 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, receiving evidence-based care) using a random number table method. Compare the degree of pain, psychological state, and quality of life between the two groups. Result The VAS score, SAS score, and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing has broad application prospects in the care of cancer pain in cancer patients. Through evidence-based nursing methods and strategies, more precise and personalized nursing management can be achieved, improving patients quality of life and pain relief effects.
