Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing path in bladder cancer nursing and its influence on complications. Methods 64 cases of bladder cancer patients admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. The reference group received routine care, and the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway care, with 32 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups based on negative emotion scores, length of hospital stay, incidence of complications, and satisfaction. Result The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing path in bladder cancer nursing is prominent, which can significantly alleviate patients negative emotions, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce complications. Therefore, patients are more satisfied.
