摘要	在盆底肌筋膜疼痛患者治疗中应用磁电刺激联合肌筋膜手法松解及WAFF盆腹力运动家庭锻炼，探讨其对患者疼痛及生活质量的价值。方法纳入本院在2023年1月至2023年8月收治的盆底肌筋膜疼痛患者82例，随机均分为41例一组的参照组（磁电刺激联合肌筋膜手法松解治疗）和联合组（对患者施以磁电刺激联合肌筋膜手法松解及WAFF盆腹力运动家庭锻炼治疗）。行以治疗前后盆底肌肉压痛、主观疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）及生活质量得分的评测。结果干预后，联合组盆底肌肉压痛、主观疼痛得分低于参照组（P<0.05），生活质量得分高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论在盆底肌筋膜管理中进行磁电刺激联合肌筋膜手法松解及WAFF盆腹力运动家庭锻炼治疗，具有更显著地改善疼痛程度和提高生活质量的价值。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the value of patients with myofascial relaxation and WAFF pelvic abdominal exercise in the treatment of pain and explore its value of pain and quality of life. Methods 82 patients with pelvic floor myofascial pain admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to August 2023, which were randomly divided into reference group (magneto-electric stimulation combined with myofascial technique relaxation) (combined with myofascial technique relaxation and WAFF pelvic abdominal exercise home exercise). The evaluation of pelvic floor muscle tenderness, subjective pain visual analog score (VAS) and quality of life score were performed. Results After the intervention, the pelvic floor muscle tenderness and subjective pain scores were lower than the reference group (P <0.05), and the quality of life score was higher than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Magne-electric stimulation combined with myofascial technique release and WAFF pelvic abdominal exercise home exercise treatment have the value of improving pain level and quality of life.
