Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care on psychological empowerment and job satisfaction of nurses. Methods 52 nurses in our hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study target, and the control group from June 2021 to June 2022 was selected as the study period, during which routine nursing management was carried out. July 2022 to July 2023 will be taken as the experimental group research period, and humanistic care management will be carried out in this stage. Psychological empowerment, bad psychology, job stress and job satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of psychological empowerment and job satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the negative psychological and job pressure were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care management can significantly improve the psychological empowerment level of nurses, reduce work pressure, reduce bad psychology, and improve job satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
