PDCA循环护理在血液透析患者中的效果及并发症发生率分析

摘要	探究血液透析患者护理中PDCA循环护理的应用效果及对其并发症发生率的影响。方法选择2021年10月~2023年06月，本院内开展血液透析的患者100例作为研究对象。设计对照研究，抽签法随机分2组，50例/组。对照组行常规护理，观察组行PDCA循环护理。比较两组并发症发生率、护理满意度以及护理前后生活质量、负性情绪得分。结果并发症中，观察组发生率较对照组低（P<0.05）。护理满意度中，观察组满意率较对照组高（P<0.05）。生活质量中，观察组护理后简化SF-36量表得分较对照组高（P<0.05）。负性情绪中，观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD得分较对照组低（P<0.05）。结论血液透析护理中，PDCA循环护理可减少患者相关并发症发生，改善其心理情绪、生活质量，提高护理满意度，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing in the care of hemodialysis patients and its influence on the incidence of complications. Methods 100 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from October 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects. Design a control study, randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 cases/group. Control group received routine nursing, observation group received PDCA cycle nursing. The complication rate, nursing satisfaction, quality of life before and after nursing, and negative emotion score were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). In nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). In the quality of life, the score of simplified SF-36 after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the negative emotion, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion In hemodialysis nursing, PDCA cycle nursing can reduce the occurrence of related complications of patients, improve their psychological emotions, quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
