摘要
人性化管理对神经外科重症监护室患者的干预效果。方法 选取2022年11月—2023年6月医院神经外科重症监护室收治的80例患者,并按1:1的比例将其随机划分到2组中。将采取常规护理的40例设为参照组,将在参照组基础上实施人性化管理的40例设为研究组。比较2组不良事件发生率、胃肠道功能情况、住院时间及护理满意度。结果 研究组不良事件总发生率7.50%明显较参照组的40.00%低(P<0.05);护理后2组胃肠道功能分级情况与护理前相比均有明显改善(P均<0.05),且研究组较同期参照组优(P<0.05);研究组住院时间明显较参照组短(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度各项评分均明显较参照组高(P均<0.05)。结论 对将人性化管理应用于神经外科重症监护患者护理过程中,能够有效改善患者的不良情绪,改善患者机体功能,提高患者睡眠质量以及护理质量,降低患者疾病治疗过程中并发症的发生率,利于患者疾病预后。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic management on patients in neurosurgery intensive care unit. Methods 80 patients admitted to the neurosurgery intensive care unit of the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1. 40 patients who received routine care were assigned to the reference group, and 40 patients who implemented humanized management on the basis of the reference group were assigned to the research group. Compare the incidence of adverse events, gastrointestinal function, hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than the 40.00% in the reference group (P<0.05); After nursing, the grading of gastrointestinal function in both groups showed significant improvement compared to before nursing (P<0.05), and the study group was superior to the reference group during the same period (P<0.05); The hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic management in the nursing process of neurosurgery intensive care patients can effectively improve the patients bad mood, improve the patients body function, improve the patients sleep quality and nursing quality, reduce the incidence of complications in the course of disease treatment, and benefit the patients prognosis.
