Objective To analyze the effects of high-quality nursing services on the psychological status and quality of life of patients in the department of neurology. Methods 80 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital were all in line with the standard of dispensing. The patients were divided into two groups by random double-blind method. 40 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. In the observation group, 40 patients were treated with high-quality nursing services, and all patients received relevant nursing interventions from April 2022 to April 2023. The quality of life, psychological condition and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two nursing methods. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher. Compared with before intervention, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend, and the change trend was more obvious in the observation group. The satisfaction rate was 80.00% in the control group and 95.00% in the observation group, and the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in the nursing of neurology department has a high application value in improving the quality of life of patients and alleviating the negative emotions of patients, and patients are more satisfied with this nursing mode.
