| 摘要 |
探讨多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在四肢软组织内非金属异物诊治中的应用价值。方法 选取90例四肢软组织内非金属异物患者,分别采用B超、多层螺旋CT软组织扫描条件和多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描进行诊断,比较三种方法的异物检出率、定位准确率、手术成功率和手术时间。结果 多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描的异物检出率、定位准确率、手术成功率均高于B超和多层螺旋CT软组织扫描条件,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而手术时间则明显短于其他两种方法,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描是一种高效、安全、准确的四肢软组织内非金属异物诊治方法,可为临床提供有力的指导。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning in the diagnosis and treatment of non-metallic foreign bodies in the soft tissues of the limbs. Methods 90 patients with non-metallic foreign bodies in the soft tissues of the limbs were selected for diagnosis using B-ultrasound, multi-slice spiral CT soft tissue scanning conditions, and low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning. The foreign body detection rate, localization accuracy, surgical success rate, and surgical time of the three methods were compared. Results The foreign body detection rate, localization accuracy, and surgical success rate of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning were higher than those of B-ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT soft tissue scanning conditions, with statistical significance (P<0.05), while the surgical time was significantly shorter than the other two methods, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT low-dose scanning is an efficient, safe, and accurate method for the diagnosis and treatment of non-metallic foreign bodies in the soft tissues of the limbs, which can provide strong guidance for clinical practice.
