摘要	讨论协同护理模式下的早期运动干预对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者术后恢复情况的效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年11月在本院进行腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的患者148例，按随机数表法分为对照组（74例，常规护理干预）和观察组（74例，协同护理模式下早期运动干预），比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的术后恢复情况（首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间、总住院时长）明显短于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组患者的并发症发生率（切口感染、肺部感染、吻合口痿、肠梗阻）明显小于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组患者的生活质量COH-QOL-OQ评分明显高于对照组（p＜0.05）。结论协同护理模式下早期运动干预可促进腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者术后恢复，降低术后并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the effect of early exercise intervention under collaborative nursing mode on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods 148 patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into a control group (74 cases, routine nursing intervention) and an observation group (74 cases, early exercise intervention under collaborative nursing mode) using a random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative recovery of the observation group patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group (p<0.05); The incidence of complications (incision infection, pulmonary infection, anastomotic flaccidity, Bowel obstruction) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p<0.05); The COH-QOL-OQ score of the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Early exercise intervention under collaborative nursing mode can promote postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten hospital stay, and improve the quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.
