Abstract
Objective To explore the value of professional group full process nursing care for patients with permanent enterostomy in terms of self-management ability, quality of life, and stoma complications. Methods 62 patients with permanent enterostomy admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into a control group (31 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (31 cases, receiving professional group full process care on the basis of routine care), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The self-management ability and quality of life scores of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of stoma complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Professional group full process nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy, reduce the incidence of colostomy complications, and has higher promotion value.
