Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative complications and blood pressure in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with hypertension. Methods 90 patients with hypertension who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative complications, blood pressure levels, and hospital stay after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The blood pressure level of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The hospitalization time after nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing has a significant impact on postoperative complications and blood pressure in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with hypertension. It can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient blood pressure levels, and shorten hospital stay, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
