Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the curative effect and recurrence rate of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. Methods 60 patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis who were hospitalized from June 2022 to May 2023 in our hospital were selected as the subjects, 18 patients who received routine clinical care were included in the control group, and 22 patients who received routine + predictive care were included in the observation group. Results The cholesterol index (3.08 ± 1.06) mmol/L, triglyceride index (0.62 ± 0.11) mmol/L and WBC count recovered normal time (8.14 ± 2.25) d, blood amylase recovered normal time (4.16 ± 1.03) d, abdominal pain relieved time (14.35 ± 1.57) h in the observation group was less than that in the control group (5.74 ± 1.28) mmol/L, (1.39 ± 0.36) mmol/L, (12.17 ± 3.38) d, (6.14 ± 1.51) d and (18.85 ± 2.16). The incidence rate of recurrence was 12.50%, 6.25% and 3.13%, lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing in the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis can promote the recovery of various signs faster, reduce the recurrence rate, clinical value.
