预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的应用分析

摘要	研究在骨科护理中应用预见性护理方式起到的护理效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月期间骨科收治的100例患者为观察对象，随机将100例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理方式，而观察组的患者实施预见性护理指引干预，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果观察组患者经预见性护理后，并发症率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；同时观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组，SAS自评量表评分值改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论在骨科住院患者的治疗过程中，应用预见性护理在骨科护理中的应用效果十分显著，能改善患者的生活质量及负面情绪，具有临床应用价值，值得广泛推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the nursing effect of applying predictive nursing methods in orthopedic nursing. Methods 100 patients admitted to the orthopedic department from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as observation subjects. 100 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group patients received routine nursing care, while the observation group patients received predictive nursing guidance intervention. By analyzing the basic data of the two groups of patients, the nursing effects of different nursing methods were understood. Results After predictive care, the complication rate of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the improvement in the SAS self-evaluation scale score was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment process of orthopedic inpatients, the application of predictive nursing in orthopedic nursing has a significant effect, which can improve the quality of life and negative emotions of patients. It has clinical application value and is worth promoting widely.
