介绍一种真空采血管安全头盖与金属气管切开套管的连接方法

摘要	设计一种真空采血管安全头盖与金属气管切开套管的连接装置，以改善金属气管切开套管患者的临床效果。方法本文选取2020年1月至2022年12月期间我院神经科ICU带气管插管套管的患者60例作为主要的研究对象，按照随机平均分组的方式将患者分为对照组和实验组各30例，对照组采用常规的金属气管切开套管患者护理方法，包括金属气管开套管盖纱块被动湿化，胶布缠绕雾化器雾化等，实验组采用真空采血管安全头盖与金属气管切开套管的连接，对比两组患者的有效湿化、护理舒适度和护理满意度。结果通过对比，对照组患者的护理舒适度和医护人员满意度均低于实验组患者，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论本研究所设计的一种真空采血管安全头盖与金属气管切开套管的连接在临床护理应用过程中能够使患者的气道有效湿化提升患者的舒适度和医护人员满意度，当患者出现病情变化时能快速连接人工呼吸球囊、呼吸机等进行抢救，为患者争取了黄金抢救时间，值得在临床中进行大量的应用和推广。
Abstract	Objective To design a connection device of vacuum blood vessel safety head cap and metal tracheotomy cannula in order to improve the clinical effect of metal tracheotomy cannula patients. Methods In this paper, 60 patients with tracheal cannula in ICU of neurology department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the main research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group according to random average grouping. The control group was treated with conventional care for patients with metal tracheal cannula. Including passive wetting of metal tracheal tube cover yarn block, tape wrapped atomizer atomization, etc., the experimental group was connected with vacuum blood vessel safety head cover and metal tracheal tube, and compared the effective humidification, nursing comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results By comparison, the comfort level of nursing and the satisfaction of medical staff in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The connection between the vacuum blood vessel safety head cover and the metal tracheotomy cannula designed by this research institute can effectively humidize the patients airway and improve the patients comfort and the satisfaction of medical staff in the process of clinical nursing application. When the patients condition changes, the artificial breathing balloon and ventilator can be quickly connected for rescue, thus winning the golden rescue time for the patient. It is worthy of extensive application and promotion in clinical practice.
