Objective To strengthen the nursing guidance of female stress incontinence patients, and analyze the application effect of hospital-community-family linkage management mode for Internet +. Methods 130 female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted from June 2022 to June 2023 were taken as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was continuous nursing guidance, and the observation group implemented the hospital-community-family linkage management mode based on Internet +, and compared the intervention results. Results According to the data, the observation group had better results in the improvement than the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was different (P <0.05). At the same time, in the pelvic floor muscle exercise self-efficacy scale (BPMSES) scale, the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Finally, in the urinary incontinence questionnaire (ICI-Q-LF), the score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with a difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of hospital-community-family linkage management mode relying on Internet + for female patients with stress urinary incontinence will help solve the problem of urinary incontinence, improve the pelvic floor muscle strength level of patients, improve the quality of life, and have promotion value.
