摘要
研究"医教协同,临教合一"培养模式下高职护生教学效果。方法 选择2020年9月-2023年6月在我校学习的52例高职护生,其中2020年9月-2022年12月在学校实施常规教学模式,2023年1月-2023年6月到医院实施医教协同教学方式。对比高职护生理论考试成绩和操作考核成绩。结果 实施医教协同培养前理论考试成绩与操作考核成绩均高于常规教学评分(P<0.05)。结论 采用“医教协同,临教合一”培养教学方法,不仅可以提升高职护生理论方面知识,同时也能够提升高职护生实际操作能力。
Abstract
Objective To study the teaching effectiveness of vocational nursing students under the training mode of "medical education collaboration and clinical teaching integration". Methods 52 vocational nursing students who studied at our school from September 2020 to June 2023 were selected. Among them, the conventional teaching mode was implemented at the school from September 2020 to December 2022, and the medical education collaborative teaching method was implemented at the hospital from January 2023 to June 2023. Compare the theoretical exam scores and operational assessment scores of vocational nursing students. Results Before implementing the collaborative training of medical education, both the theoretical and operational examination scores were higher than the conventional teaching scores (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting the teaching method of "medical education collaboration and clinical teaching integration" can not only enhance the theoretical knowledge of vocational nursing students, but also enhance their practical operational abilities.
