Objective To analyse the actual effect of comprehensive nursing in patients who have undergone laparoscopic treatment of gallbladder stones. Methods Selected patients with gallbladder stones treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023, all of whom underwent laparoscopic gallbladder stone surgery, with a total number of 68 cases, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with the ratio of the number of people being 1:1. The control group was subjected to conventional nursing care, and the observation group was subjected to comprehensive nursing care. Compare the duration of the operation, the amount of bleeding during the operation, the time of anal defecation after the operation, and the total hospitalisation time of the two groups of patients. The occurrence of complications in the two groups of patients was counted, including wound infection and bleeding. Results The duration of the operation, the time of postoperative anal exsufflation and the total hospital stay of the patients in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bleeding during the operation of the patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was significant when compared between the groups, with P<0.05. The incidence of complications in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was significant when compared between the groups, with P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care was applied to the care of the patients who underwent laparoscopic treatment of gallbladder stones. Comprehensive nursing care applied to the care of patients after laparoscopic treatment of gallbladder stones can make the patients body recover as soon as possible, avoid adverse reactions, and the effect is remarkable.
