摘要	本次研究探讨临床护理路径对行PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者的临床护理效果。方法本次试验选取本院2021年2月-2022年2月的140例PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施临床护理路径干预，并对两组患者护理干预后的并发症发生率进行对比。结果从结果上看，观察组并发症发生率为2.00%，对照组并发症发生率为11.00%，观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，两组对比明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论运用临床护理路径针对PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者的护理效果显著，有效降低了患者导管堵塞、导管位移、静脉血栓、感染等各类并发症的发生。提高了患者置管成功率和治疗效果，值得在临床大力推广。
Abstract	Objective This study was to investigate the clinical nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway on cancer patients receiving PICC catheterization chemotherapy. Methods In this study, 140 patients with PICC catheterized tumor chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received clinical nursing pathway intervention, and the incidence of complications after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results From the results, the complication rate of the observation group was 2.00%, and that of the control group was 11.00%. The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can effectively reduce the occurrence of various complications such as catheter blockage, catheter displacement, venous thrombosis and infection in patients with PICC catheterization for tumor chemotherapy. It can improve the success rate of catheterization and the therapeutic effect of patients, and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
