综合护理对老年卧床褥疮高危患者的干预效果观察

摘要	分析综合护理对老年卧床褥疮高危患者的干预效果。方法选取我院收治的74例老年卧床褥疮高危患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（37例，使用常规护理）和观察组（37例，使用综合护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用综合护理后，其褥疮发生率、应激反应情况、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在老年卧床褥疮高危患者护理过程中，采用综合护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效降低其褥疮发生率，减少其应激反应，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on high-risk elderly bedridden patients with bedsores. Methods 74 high-risk elderly bedridden patients with bedsores admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (37 cases, using routine care) and an observation group (37 cases, using comprehensive care) using a random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group showed better incidence of bedsores, stress response, and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group after receiving comprehensive nursing care, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of high-risk elderly bedridden patients with bedsores, comprehensive nursing can achieve better results, effectively reduce the incidence of bedsores, reduce stress reactions, and improve nursing satisfaction.
