探讨穴位外敷疗法对小儿外感发热的退热作用

摘要
分析外感发热患儿病例资料,总结穴位外敷疗法治疗小儿外感发热的临床效果。方法 研究时间阶段:2019年7月至2020年12月,收集病例共68例,以电脑随机法方式分组,即:34例对照组、34例研究组,前者给予常规西药治疗,后者给予穴位外敷疗法,对比两组患儿最终效果。结果 关于治疗有效率,两组患儿数据差异存在统计学意义,即:对照组76.47%,研究组94.12%,相比较来说,研究组高,P<0.05;药物不良反应发生率相比,研究组低于对照组,(2.94%)VS(20.59%),P<0.05。结论 在小儿外感发热患儿中,穴位外敷疗法有利于改善患儿临床症状,提高治疗有效率,降低患儿药物不良反应的发生情况,推广意义显著。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the case data of children with exogenous fever and summarize the clinical effect of Acupoint External Application in the treatment of children with exogenous fever. Methods: research time stage: from July 2019 to December 2020,a total of 68 cases were collected and grouped by computer random method, that is,34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the study group. The former was treated with conventional western medicine and the latter was treated with Acupoint External Application. The final effects of the two groups were compared. Results: there was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups, that is,76.47%in the control group and 94.12%in the study group, which was higher than that in the study group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (2.94%) vs (20.59%), P<0.05. Conclusion: in children with exogenous fever, acupoint external application therapy is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms, improve the treatment efficiency, and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions in children. It has significant popularization significance.
