人文关怀护理在儿童上呼吸道感染雾化吸入治疗中的价值

摘要	探究人文关怀护理在儿童上呼吸道感染雾化吸入治疗中的价值。方法选取2022年1月-2022年12月在我院进行上呼吸道感染雾化吸入治疗的患儿150例，随机分组为对照组和观察组，每组各75例，对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理干预的基础上，加入人文关怀护理干预。对比两组护理干预后患儿的肺功能改善情况、血气指标改善情况以及家长满意度。结果观察组护理干预后患儿的肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组护理干预后患儿的血气指标改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组护理干预后家长满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论人文关怀护理在儿童上呼吸道感染雾化吸入治疗中有显著效果，能够有效地改善患儿的肺功能和血气指标，提高家长对护理的满意度，具有较高的价值，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of humanistic care in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection by aerosol inhalation. Methods A total of 150 children who received atomization inhalation treatment for upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was added humanistic care nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The improvement of lung function, blood gas index and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention. Results The improvement of lung function in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The improvement of blood gas indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after nursing intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care nursing in children with upper respiratory tract infection atomized inhalation treatment has a significant effect, can effectively improve the pulmonary function and blood gas index of children, improve the satisfaction of parents with nursing, has a high value, worthy of clinical application.
