摘要
随着压裂技术的广泛应用和大型压裂现场的不断增加,对压裂设备的排量、压力和连续注液量的要求也不断提高。针对现有的压裂砂储运技术浪费和环境污染,连续性过低、成本过高的问题,通过对压裂现场进行深入研究,在保证大型压裂的供砂的连续性,在砂量、控制成本、可反复使用、无污染的前提条件下,设计了一种砂料储运和自动落料设备。其结构简单,方便操作,运行安全可靠,采用了独特的自卸式储供砂箱结构设计,自卸式储供砂箱适用于现场储存、转运、快速卸料,适用于连续、大排量的压裂作业,不仅解决了国内压裂作业常用的储运工作量大的问题,还解决了非连续性刺破砂包的方式低落料效率的弊端,为用户节约成本,安全环保,大大提高了压裂作业效率。
Abstract
With the widespread application of fracturing technology and the continuous increase of large-scale fracturing sites, the requirements for the displacement, pressure, and continuous injection volume of fracturing equipment are also constantly increasing. In response to the problems of waste and environmental pollution in existing fracturing sand storage and transportation technology, low continuity, and high cost, through in-depth research on the fracturing site, a sand storage and transportation and automatic feeding equipment has been designed to ensure the continuity of sand supply for large-scale fracturing, under the premise of sand volume, cost control, reusability, and no pollution. It has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and operates safely and reliably. It adopts a unique self dumping sand storage and supply box structure design. The self dumping sand storage and supply box is suitable for on-site storage, transportation, and rapid unloading, and is suitable for continuous and large displacement fracturing operations. It not only solves the problem of large storage and transportation workload commonly used in domestic fracturing operations, but also solves the problem of low material discharge efficiency caused by discontinuous puncture of sand bags, saving costs for users, Safe and environmentally friendly, greatly improving the efficiency of fracturing operations.
