摘要
探究在对高血压脑出血患者进行健康教育过程中开展优质护理支持的作用。方法 在 2022 年 4 月至 2023 年 5 月本院高血压脑出血患者按照选择抽选的形式纳入病例 35 例,按照 Excel 表随机排序分组的方 式均分对照组(35 例,治疗过程中接受常规护理支持)和观察组(35 例,在治疗过程中接受优质护理服务)。针 对两组病症知识知晓率、心理状态等对比。结果 对比两组病症知识知晓率,观察组高于对照组,心理状态评分 以及并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。依从性观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在对高血压脑出血患者进行 健康教育过程中开展优质护理服务,可以帮助患者对自身病症特点进行掌握,疏导患者负面情绪,并对常见并发 症防控,增加患者在治疗期间各方面依从性。
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of providing high-quality nursing support in the process of health education for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method From April 2022 to May 2023, 35 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into a control group (35 patients who received routine nursing support during the treatment process) and an observation group (35 patients who received high-quality nursing services during the treatment process). Compare the knowledge awareness rate and psychological status of the two groups of symptoms. The results showed that the awareness rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the psychological state score and incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. The compliance observation group was higher than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing services in the process of health education for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can help them grasp the characteristics of their own symptoms, alleviate negative emotions, prevent and control common complications, and increase patients compliance in all aspects during treatment.
