摘要
观察个体化孕期健康教育在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取我院(2022 年 10 月 ~2023 年 10 月)收治的孕产妇 102 例,纳入标准:102 例入选者均经 HCG 检测,确认怀孕;孕产妇认知正常; 一般资料齐全。排除标准:缺失一般资料;多胎妊娠;精神异常、抑郁症者;患遗传性病症或基础疾病者。均 等随机分组,对照组(51 例+常规护理)、观察组(51 例+个体化健康教育),分析组间应用效果。结果 干预 后,观察组负性情绪数值较对照组低,护理效果较对照组优,满意度数值较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 孕产妇 行个体化健康教育获得了确切效用,可借鉴。
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of individualized health education during pregnancy in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods A total of 102 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected. The inclusion criteria were: All the 102 pregnant women were confirmed by HCG test. Maternal cognition is normal; General information is complete. Exclusion criteria: absence of general information; Multiple pregnancies; Mental disorders, depression; People suffering from hereditary disorders or underlying diseases. Equal randomized groups were divided into control group (51 cases + routine nursing) and observation group (51 cases + individualized health education), and the effect of inter-group application was analyzed. Results After intervention, the negative emotion value of observation group was lower than that of control group, the nursing effect was better than that of control group, and the satisfaction value was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The individualized health education for pregnant women is effective and can be used for reference.
