Objective To analyze the factors of sleep disturbance and related nursing intervention. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 80, starting from January 2022, and the deadline was December 2022. They were divided into two groups, groups A and group B, group A routine nursing, and group B provided nursing procedures to intervene the patients sleep, and the sleep quality of patients was analyzed before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, group B had better sleep quality, P <0.05. Conclusion When the elderly hospitalized patients have sleep disorder during hospitalization, the related factors are analyzed and the corresponding intervention measures can improve the sleep quality of patients, which is worth popularizing.
