摘要
探究微课在耳鼻咽喉科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取我院耳鼻咽喉科 40 名实习护 士作为研究对象,将其按照轮转先后顺序分为对照组(20 名,使用传统教学法)和观察组(20 名,使用 PBL 微 课教学法)。对两组教学效果进行分析。结果 两组实习护士在接受教学后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用微 课教学法后,其考核成绩、学习能力评分、教学方法评价均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结 论 在耳鼻咽喉科临床护理教学中采用微课教学法能取得较佳的效果,可有效提升实习护士考核成绩及学习能力, 提高教学满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of micro courses in clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngology. Method Forty intern nurses from the Otolaryngology Department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group (20 using traditional teaching method) and an observation group (20 using PBL micro course teaching method) in rotation order. Analyze the teaching effectiveness of two groups. Result Both groups of intern nurses achieved certain results after receiving teaching, but the observation group showed higher assessment scores, learning ability scores, and teaching method evaluations than the control group after using the micro course teaching method, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of micro lesson teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngology can achieve better results, effectively improve the assessment scores and learning abilities of intern nurses, and improve teaching satisfaction.
