Objective To explore the effect of the pattern in improving the standard fixation of surgical intravenous needle. Methods 95 patients with intravenous needle infusion in gastrointestinal surgery from May to June 2023 were selected as the control group (conventional mode, n=49) and observation group (QCC mode, n=46). Compare the reasons for irregular fixation and the standard rate, the days of the two groups and count the satisfaction of the two groups. Results The fixed standard rate of the observed group was 93.47% and 77.55%, respectively (P<0.05). The duration of intravenous needle stay in the observation group (3.25±1.25) was longer than that in the control group (2.29 ± 0.94) (P<0.05). The satisfaction of control group and observation group was 81.63% and 95.65% respectively, and the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality tube circle mode in the static therapy group can improve the fixation rate of surgical welling needle, and extend the indwelling time, is conducive to improve the nursing quality, improve patient satisfaction, and has high application value.
