摘要	探讨护理干预对心内科患者用药安全的影响。方法选取 2021 年 8 月~2022 年 10 月我院心内科就诊患者 90 例，随机平均分为两组，对照组 45 例（常规用药护理），观察组（常规用护理基础上加强用药安全护理），对比两组护理效果。结果观察组用药安全知识掌握情况、不良反应及护理满意度均优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论在心内科患者护理中加强用药安全护理，能够提升患者用药安全知识水平，有效降低不良反应发生风险，提升患者用药安全性及满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the safety of patients in cardiology. Methods Selected 90 patients in the department of Cardiology of our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022, randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in the control group (routine medication nursing), observation group (strengthening medication safety nursing on the basis of routine nursing), and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The observation group had better medication safety knowledge, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening drug safety nursing in the nursing of patients in cardiology department can improve the knowledge level of patient drug safety, effectively reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and improve the drug safety and satisfaction of patients.
