摘要	研究基于老年综合评估的个性化护理干预对改善老年骨质疏松症患者生活质量的效果。方法将 120 例老年骨质疏松症患者作为本次研究对象，分对照组、实验组分别给予常规护理干预、基于老年综合评估的个性化护理干预，对比护理质量。结果实验组患者 WHOQOL-100 评分明显高于对照组，骨密度明显优于对照组，P<0.05，实验组疾病认知、自护能力明显高于对照组，P﹤0.05。结论对老年骨质疏松症患者实施基于老年综合评估个性化护理干预的效果显著，可提高疾病认知和自护能力。如将个性化护理干预推广至老年骨质疏松症患者护理中，可使护理质量与效率显著提升。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of personalized nursing interventions based on comprehensive assessment of the elderly on improving the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis. Method 120 elderly patients with osteoporosis were selected as the subjects of this study, and were divided into a control group and an experimental group to receive routine nursing intervention and personalized nursing intervention based on comprehensive evaluation of the elderly, respectively, to compare the quality of nursing care. Result The WHOQOL-100 score of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the bone density was significantly better than that of the control group, P<0.05. The disease cognition and self-care ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing interventions based on comprehensive evaluation of the elderly for elderly patients with osteoporosis has a significant effect, which can improve disease cognition and self-care ability. If personalized nursing interventions are extended to the care of elderly patients with osteoporosis, the quality and efficiency of care can be significantly improved.
