品管圈活动应用于血透动静脉内瘘穿刺护理中的临床应用价值研究

摘要	研究临床护理血透动静脉内瘘穿刺患者，应用品管圈活动进行护理干预，分析临床应用价值和护理效果。方法将 2022 年 1 月~2023 年 2 月间的 128 例动静脉内瘘血液透析治疗患者作为分析目标，分成观察组 64 例和对照组 64 例，分别实施品管圈活动护理和常规护理，并将两组护理后动静脉内瘘穿刺成功率，及患者并发症发生情况进行比对。结果观察组穿刺成功率高达 96.88%，并发症发生率低至 96.88%，均好于对照组 87.50%、18.75%，组间数据经过对比存在明显差异（P<0.05）。结论血透动静脉内瘘穿刺护理中实施品管圈活动，可取得积极的护理效果，显著提升穿刺成功率和护理质量，增进患者依从性预防并发症发生率。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical nursing of patients with arteriovenous fistula puncture in hemodialysis, and to apply quality control circle activities for nursing intervention, analyze the clinical application value and nursing effect. Method A total of 128 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment for arteriovenous fistula between January 2022 and February 2023 were selected as the analysis targets. They were divided into an observation group of 64 cases and a control group of 64 cases, respectively, to receive quality control circle activity nursing and routine nursing. The success rates of arteriovenous fistula puncture and the incidence of patient complications were compared between the two groups after nursing. Result The success rate of puncture in the observation group was as high as 96.88%, and the incidence of complications was as low as 96.88%, both better than the control group of 87.50% and 18.75%. There was a significant difference in the data between the groups after comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing quality control circle activities in hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula puncture nursing can achieve positive nursing effects, significantly improve puncture success rate and nursing quality, and enhance patient compliance to prevent the incidence of complications.
