优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折护理中的应用

摘要	探讨老年股骨颈骨折护理中优质护理的效果。方法选取 2020 年 5 月至 2021 年 8 月收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者 100 例，随机分为观察组（优质护理）和对照组（常规护理）各 50 例，对比治疗前后患者的生活质量、心理状态、髋关节功能以及治疗后并发症发生情况。结果治疗前，两组患者的生活质量评分、心理状态评分以及 Harris 评分（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组生活质量评分、Harris 评分高于对照组；心理状态评分、并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组心理状态评分、并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论优质护理可有效改善老年股骨颈骨折患者的心态、关节功能，价值较高。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in nursing of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods 100 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted from May 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (quality care) and control group (routine care) with 50 cases each. The quality of life, mental state, hip function and post-treatment complications of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, the quality of life score, psychological status score and Harris score of the two groups of patients (P>0.05); After treatment, the quality of life score and Harris score of observation group were higher than those of control group. Psychological status score and complication rate were lower than control group (P<0.05). The psychological score and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively improve the mentality and joint function of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
