Objective To analyze the application value of acupuncture combined with muscle injection in post-stroke swallowing patients. Methods selected during January 2022-2023 April Ningxia hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and institute of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation center outpatient and hospital diagnosis of 60 cases of swallowing disorders after stroke as the study object, according to the random table method divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases, the control group to implement routine swallowing function training, observation group on the basis of increase brain acupuncture combined muscle effect treatment, compare the two groups of patients in different time period swallowing function and complication rate. Results There was no significant difference in the 1d and swallowing function evaluation between the two groups (P> 0.05); the 7d and 14d were lower than the control group, and the swallowing efficacy evaluation score was higher than the control group (P <0.05); the overall incidence of complications was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of the waking brain opening acupuncture method and internal muscle effect patch in the treatment of post-stroke swallowing disorder patients can achieve significant results, help to improve the swallowing function of patients, and have high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
