摘要	研究分析对口腔唾液腺黏液囊肿患者开展聚桂醇注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2020年2月至2022年7月收治的60例口腔唾液腺黏液囊肿患者，随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组，每组各30例。对照组开展传统手术治疗，研究组开展聚桂醇注射液治疗，两组患者治疗效果、围治疗期疼痛情况、并发症发生率等进行评定对比。结果治疗后研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，治疗后即刻、治疗1d后、治疗3d后、治疗1周后不同阶段VAS评分低于对照组，围治疗期并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对口腔唾液腺黏液囊肿患者开展聚桂醇注射液治疗的疗效确切，与传统手术相比，可以有效改善治疗后早期疼痛症状，降低并发症风险。
Abstract	Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of lauryl alcohol injection in the treatment of oral salivary gland mucocele. Methods A total of 60 patients with oral salivary gland mucocyst admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional surgery, and the study group was treated with laurosinol injection. The therapeutic effect, peritherapeutic pain and complication rate of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, VAS scores at different stages immediately after treatment, 1d after treatment, 3d after treatment and 1 week after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications in peritreatment was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of oral salivary gland mucocele with lauryl alcohol injection is effective, and compared with traditional surgery, it can effectively improve the early pain symptoms after treatment and reduce the risk of complications.
