美沙拉嗪栓应用于混合痔术后的临床效果研究

摘要	探究混合痔术后应用美沙拉嗪栓的临床效果。方法将2021年1月-2023年6月以来，由我院接收并实施手术治疗的混合痔患者80例纳入本课题研究，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。以随机抽取的方式将其分成两组，其中一组术后应用肛泰栓，为对照组（40例），另外一组术后应用美沙拉嗪栓，为观察组（40例）。记录两种用药方式的临床效果，并展开指标数据的分析和对比。结论混合痔术后应用美沙拉嗪栓有助于术后疼痛的缓解及相关不适症状的改善，临床效果显著，值得推荐应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect of mesalazine plug application after mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods Since January 2021-June 2023 were included in this study, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups by random selection, one group in the control group (40 cases) and the other group was mesalazine plug in the observation group (40 cases). The clinical effect of the two medication methods was recorded, and the analysis and comparison of the index data were developed. Conclusion The application of mesalazine plug after mixed hemorrhoids is helpful to relieve postoperative pain and improve related discomfort symptoms, and it is worthy of recommended application.
