| 摘要 |
了解老年科住院患者实施个性化心理护理干预的过程，并对其在患者心理状态调整、生活质量提高方面所发挥出的作用进行评价。方法 本次研究由我院80例老年科住院患者参与实施，于2020年9月-2021年9月期间被我院收治。在实验开展中，基于临床常规护理、个性化心理护理联合常规护理两种模式的不同应用，所有患者以40人为一组，分别以对照组、观察组的形式展开比较分析。结果 两组患者护理后SDS评分与SAS评分比较中，观察组对应分值更低，在SF－36评分比较中，对照组对应评分更低，组间对应数值差异符合统计学标准（P＜0.05）。结论 个性化心理护理干预的实施，使得老年住院患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪得到临床更多的关注，心理护理干预力度增强，在改善患者不良心理状态的同时，有利于患者生活质量的提高，临床更具使用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective: To understand the process of individualized psychological nursing intervention for inpatients in the geriatrics department, and to evaluate its role in the adjustment of the patients mental state and the improvement of the quality of life. Methods: This study was carried out by 80 inpatients in the geriatrics department of our hospital, who were admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021. During the experiment, based on the different applications of clinical routine nursing and personalized psychological nursing combined with routine nursing, all patients were grouped into a group of 40, and comparative analysis was carried out in the form of a control group and an observation group. Results: Comparing the SDS scores and SAS scores of the two groups of patients after nursing, the observation group had a lower corresponding score. In the SF-36 score comparison, the control group had a lower score, and the difference in the corresponding values between the groups met the statistical standard (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of personalized psychological nursing intervention has brought more clinical attention to the anxiety, depression and other bad moods of elderly inpatients. Psychological nursing intervention has been strengthened. While improving the patients’ bad mental state, it is conducive to the improvement of the quality of life of patients , Clinically more valuable.
